Refunds

We will allow for credit to be used for future session if notified at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your scheduled session if you cannot honor your reservation. *

If your class reservation is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule within 90 days.  If you cannot reschedule within 90 days we will issue you a refund.

Any rescheduling scenarios that don’t meet the above criteria will be considered for refunds on a case by case basis by contacting us at (614) 655-3504.
